The following terms and
conditions must be adhered to in

and conditions will result in
the termination of your account,
the forfeiture of all moneys
owed, and a lifetime ban from
us.
You may not send traffic from
spam mail, newsgroups, ICQ,
instant messaging. Only clicks
or exit originating from web
pages are allowed.
Payments are made 30 days
after the end of the month and
there is a $100 minimum on
payments. If your account fails
to accumulate $100 in a pay
period, your balance will be
carried over to the next pay
period or until the minimum
balance is reached.
You may not send traffic from
web page that contain, promote
or refer to child pornography,
bestiality, hatred, racism, rape
or violence. And may not
manipulate the back button, use
enter or exit consoles, and
javascript redirects to surfers
to our site for our pay per
click program.
You may not beg for or
incentivise clicks. It is
strictly forbidden to
artificially generate hits in
any way. All hits must be the
product of a real person. Hits
without any referrer are the
product of cheating. We must be
able to view the referring pages
and links. If our links are not
found on your referring pages,
or referrers are hidden by cgi,
your account will be terminated.
If you intend to send hits
from within a password protected
area, you must provide us with
means of access (e.g. usernames
and/or passwords). The means of
access must be valid at any time
we choose during the period in
which you send traffic from
these areas.

Althought you have revenue made
in your account, all money will
be held by us
to
helps recover this site
development cost.
No money will be paid out and we
will reset your account balance
to zero at any time during this
beta period.
You
agree

has the right to change our
terms and conditions at any
time. We also right to
refuse payment to members at any
time and for any reason.
Or if we wonder that you is in
violation of these terms of
service. Payment can be refused
at any time and for any reason
deemed justifiable. You can not
argue at any conditions.
INDEMNIFICATION
You
agree to indemnify, defend, and
hold harmless QuestSeek.com from
any and all liability,
penalties, losses, damages,
costs, expenses, attorneys'
fees, causes of action or claims
caused by or resulting
indirectly from your use of the
service which damages either
you, QuestSeek.com, or any other
party or parties without
limitation or exception. This
indemnification and hold
harmless agreement extends to
all issues associated with your
domain name or web site content.
